Registration can be submitted by completing online the form under the link above. Registration must be completed by May 25, 2018 to incur the early bird rates. After this date the rates will increase as per the table below.

** Refund policy** –> Conference registration cannot be refunded after June 3, 2018.

** Welcome cocktail and Dinner cruise policies** –> Admission to the welcome cocktail or the dinner cruise will not be possible for registrations made after June 10, 2018. Extra tickets can not be purchased after this date.

Note that for any paper upload a full registration needs to be paid. Student (reduced) registration fee does not allow paper uploads. Authors can submit up to 4 papers and every full registration can have one additional paper with discount.

IEEE, INCOSE or AFIS Member Rates – Applicable to current members only.
Membership ID must be provided at registration desk if you select this category.

Student fee: Students include bachelor, master, and PhD student level. All students must provide Student ID (official letter from the university or a valid student card, in English) at registration desk.

Need a Letter of Confirmation for your visa application?
For our international conference attendees, do you need a letter confirming your conference meeting registration to help with your efforts to obtain a visa to attend the IEEE SoSE 2018 Conference in Paris? If so, we can provide a confirmation letter for you for this conference so long as you have already registered for this conference.

Confirmation letters will not be initiated until notification of your registration.

To request a confirmation letter, send an email to: laurie.herlin@utc.fr with the following information:
– Full name
– Mailing address
– Telephone number
– Email address
– IEEE/INCOSE/AFIS Member number (if any)
– Indicate whether you are a speaker, keynote speaker, panelist, committee member or a general conference attendee. For general attendee, please include your main research area of interest.
– Your conference registration confirmation number emailed to you upon completion of the registration process.

All submitted information is verified prior to the letter being produced; it is not an automatic process and it will take approximately 2 business days to process and e-mail your requested letter. We are unable to respond to requests other than specifically for this IEEE SoSE 2018 conference. Please note that this confirmation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a French Visa. Since it does require time to process, we suggest that you plan on as much lead time as possible to get your letter request in and process your visa application.

All confirmation letters will be sent using email. The content of confirmation letters is very strictly controlled. We regret that we are unable to provide letters for companions and spouses who may be accompanying potential delegates.
