- Hotel Reservations can be made by phone by calling 1-800-445-8667 or 1-808-886-1234. In order to learn about special rates, the access code “SOS” or “SON” can be used. Please note that the hotel reservations department is open 7 days a week from 6:00 am- 9.00 pm.
- To make a reservation online, please got to Waikoloa Hilton Village website. On the webpage, please click “Book a Room“. This will start reservation process and on the second page, make sure Group code “SON” is present. If you have a problem with website try to make your reservation by phone.
