All papers that are submitted to SoSE conferences are reviewed by the members of the Technical
Program Committee, who are responsible for the review process. The technical program committee are
the members of the System of Systems Engineering community of researchers from the sponsoring
international societies, recognized academics, and industry experts. These researchers have been
involved with the conference for the last 10 years or so and they have a track record of helping the
conference technically and consistently publishing in the SoSE conferences. The SoSE conferences
require full paper submission only. Each paper is reviewed by at least three reviewers and the process is
blind. The SoSE conferences follow the standard conference paper review process determined by the
IEEE SMC Society.
