Registration information

Registration to SoSE 2021 is through the EDAS system, https://edas.info, used for managing the conference. If you do not already have an account, you must first create one.

Important: We strongly advice that you pay by credit card, rather than wire transfer, since wire transfers tend to be extremely slow and error prone.

Non-author participants

The regular participant fee is USD 60, which covers access to all sessions and papers. The conference offers a discounted fee of USD 30 for members of INCOSE and IEEE, and for students. To take advantage of the discount, you must update your EDAS profile with details about your membership (through the EDAS menu item “My …” > “My profile”).

At the registration page, you will see the registration options available for you. If you see several options (such as if you have several memberships) select the one you prefer, and proceed to the checkout.

Authors

Authors attending the conference must first register in the same way as non-authors, as described above.

In addition to the participation registration, each paper must be covered by one paper publication fee of USD 200. As an author, you should see the option to add a paper fee on the registration page in EDAS. When you select that option, you will also see which paper is covered by that fee.

If you are the author of multiple papers, and you wish to cover them in the same author registration, you can add multiple paper fees during the registration. You will then need to indicate which of your papers is covered by each fee.

The paper fee covers papers up to 6 pages. You may optionally add up to 2 extra pages per paper, at a fee of USD 100 per page.

Note that at least one author of an accepted paper must register before April 30, prior to uploading the camera ready version.
